Breathing To De-Stress
There are times when the stress, anxiety, and pressure to make progress creates a state of intense overwhelmingness. This is understandable and normal; the work you’re undertaking is not easy. Be patient, kind, and gentle with yourself. When you feel this way, take a few minutes and follow the breathing to destress description; if you don’t give your body at a cellular level the oxygen it needs to support you, the likelihood that you will give up because you’re so overwhelmed will increase. Be gentle with yourself, you can do this.
