Throughout my years providing intervention and counseling to those who hoard and those who care about them, I had a brilliant woman develop this tool, and I used it in order to do a snapshot of my clients over the previous ten years. The results can be found in the summary in the back of Conquer the Clutter. This tool can be used if you, for whatever reason, are working with a cohort of people, or are mandated to work with a group in your community, to identify what their circumstances are demographically.
